Le Bâtonnier
Le bâtonnier a une mission de direction et de représentation du Barreau.
Il prévient et concilie les litiges entre avocats.
Il reçoit les plaintes des clients, les instruit et y répond.
Il représente l’Ordre et préside le Conseil de l’Ordre.
Il est élu par tous les avocats pour une durée de deux ans.
